Local Airports
spen is the best airport if your want to travel to Basalt. It’s by far the closest and easiest to navigate. But if Aspen is not in the cards Grand Junction, Eagle and DIA are all good options. Grand Junction is about an hour and a half from Basalt and is an easy drive through the western part of the state. Eagle is only a 45 minute drive and is a quick and easy alternative to Aspen. Denver is three and a half hours away, but the drive along I-70 offers stunning views of the Colorado Mountains. |
